Our Charter

We are an active community for those engaged in delivering innovation professionally, for policy formation, or within education.

We are a not for profit network who do not provide consultancy or other chargeable services. Those involved in Innovate Island might offer services and products on a pro-bono or fee-based basis, but any such activity is unrelated to this community and will not be promoted by the network. Direct sales of services and products on the Innovate Island communication channels is strictly prohibited. 

We act collectively, and we enjoy sharing all our practices and experiences.

We develop and maintain a climate of trust and confidence, always remaining respectful, and doing what we say we will do.

We cherish diversity, recognising the value created when each of us feels empowered to bring a different perspective and share our unique experiences.

We support government & agencies in the global promotion of the Island of Ireland as a centre of excellence for the practice of strategic, systematic and transformative innovation.

We provide a ‘safe space’ where Innovation Leaders can seek advice; gain insights from peers; and ask the all-important ‘stupid questions’ that will help them to develop the skills, knowledge and capability required to deliver sustainable innovation.

We nurture entrepreneurial spirit, and we embrace challenges with passion and with a spirit of adventure.

We invest in continuous growth/development and life-long learning.

We seek to retain the unique flavour and cultural character that we see in the innovation space on the Island of Ireland.
